A great day, starting this morning with my first WOOD THRUSH of the year in the yard. The Univ. of MD central farm had a nice collection of sparrows and shorebirds. 8 sparrow sp, the highlights being my first GRASSHOPPERS and 2 WHITE-CROWNS. shorebirds were GREATER YELLOWLEGS 5, LESSERS 2, SOLITARYS 42!, LEAST 5, and the usual SNIPE.
