Two Black-necked Stilts and a Common Moorhen were at Elliott Island in Dorchester County, MD. on Sunday 4/25. They were on the first flat, marsh area on the right as you emerge from the trees heading down Elliott Island Road, just south of Savannah Lake. The lake can't be seen from the road, but is on maps.
