Hi All: The following observed/heard at Turkey Point this amby myself and Marcia Whitmyre: **= new arrival Pileated Woodpecker- 3 Orchard Oriole- 6 Northern Parula- 9 Yellow-rump Warbler- 7 **CERULEAN WARBLER- 1 American Redstart- 13 Blackand-white Warbler- 1 Red-eye Vireo-1 Great-crested Flycatcher- 1 **Baltimore Oriole- 1 White-eye Vireo- 1 Yellow-throated Vireo- 1 Eastern Phoebe- 3 At Elk Neck Forest: Yellow-throated Vireo- 1 ( We had to track down this critter to get a positive ID, as it seemed to be doing a combo of White-eye, Yellow-throated and Red-eye!! This was a confused bird!! ) Ruby-crown Kinglet- 1 Ovenbird- 10 Pine Warbler- 2 Black-white Warbler- 9 ( Again, the first one we heard we had to track down for ID. It was singing a more complex and variable song that left both us at a loss as to what the song belonged to. As we listened, it began to throw in what we both recognized as " normal " for this species at the end of the more complex vocalization. ) White-eye Vireo- 2 Yellow-rump- 2 **Hooded Warbler- 2 ** Worm Eating Warbler- 2 Poss. Philadelpia Vireo- didn`t sound right for Red-eye, but were unable to track it down, and neither one of us was dead certain of song. Leslie Fisher Cecil Co.
