Greg - Thanks for the crisp, clear and thorough answers to my Dove questions. In Pensacola,I noted one perched atop an electrical power pole, but did not happen to see the angled perching on the wires. One was perched on wires quite near a group of three Mourning Doves - and that proximity did not seem to be giving either species any problems. Les Roslund
