His memory mey be better than mine but as I recall it was singing a three-note song, which is one of the things that attracted our attention. The song was typical Blue-winged with a third note tacked on the end. I am not certain that variant song is diagnostic though. I have seen what appeared to be typical Blue-wingeds sing three note songs.
