Matt - I visited the Belle Haven Picnic area and then Dyke Marsh last Sunday afternoon, from about 2:15 to 3:30. As I walked from the parking lot through the Picnic Area, the Warbling Vireos were audible for most of the way. I was able to isolate at least three, the best viewing being of one in a Sycamore Tree at the south end of the Picnic area. Their calling was constant, and I would suspect that the nesting could very well be in that picnic area. You might want to make another trip over there to check it out.
