A bird I overlooked mentioning in my report of birds seen Sunday in Carroll County was a singing Alder Flycatcher just outside the Liberty Watershed in Finksburg. This is only the second county record of this species. The first summered for two years at a bog in the northern part of the county. Bob Ringler
