Being too busy to make it over the weekend, I decided to take the trip today. I sat near the canal at the beginning of Raymond Pool where the Little Egret had frequently been seen. After about a half hour the egret came walking down a small canal on the impoundment side towards the gate. I didn't mind the wait considering I found a Reeve while I was waiting. The bird only stayed a few minutes then took off flying into the extensive marsh. After searching through the Ibis flock at the south end of Raymond pool and finding all Glossies, I went to the north end, where the third one I looked at was a White-faced. 3 Lifers before 11am! Afterwards I did the rest of the loop and did not finding much of interest, just the usual things. I came back to Raymond before leaving to try and relocate the 3 birds, but I could only find the ibis. Still a great day. Matt Hafner Bel Air, MD
