I just checked Howell and Webb, Birds of Mexico etc. The Tamaulipas (Mexican) would be the species
at the Brownsville Dump, not the Sinaloa Crow. When I photographed them they were only called the
Mexican Crow. The Sinaloa Crow is endemic to N E Mexico. The Tamaulipas Crow is endemic to NW
Mexico. Many authors still consider them conspecific. Like our two common crows, use vocalization to
separate the two. Hope this helps.

I have a post from another list concerning raising a crow. Someone
stole a crow from it's nest and gave it to this fellow to raise. Is this
illegal? The fellow is in Texas. Do they have other species there
besides fish and american?
