    The St. Mary's County, MD, Kelp Gull continues at the piers behind the
Sea Breeze Restaurant in Sandgates, MD, seen by happy visiting Georgian
birders (on their third attempt!) on Tuesday, July 6, from 11:15 a.m. until
at least 12:30 p.m. when I left, and reported Wednesday, July 7, in the
morning, by the restaurant staff.
