Re this older message from you ... Mute Swan is still reviewable in DC.  We 
have only one documented sighting and it is just being circulated now.

I understand you are "down" at the moment (get well soon!), but if you do 
find this guy wandering out into DC waters, that's notable and a reviewable 
sighting.

I'll copy the MDO list on this, too.
