Thanks,Phil. We are just back from TX and trying to catch our breaths, but I will certainly add my two cents. I have no problem adding information about shorebird sites to the MOS web site. In fact, that would be a most welcome addition since we are looking for more birding-oriented information to post. I also agree with the many wonderful supporters here that the sightings notices should be posted on MDOsprey. The dispersal of messages can only make it more difficult for people to find everything that they need for a successful birding outing. I have heard too many people in too many states complain about the splintering of essential data to want to go down that track. However, I will also note, that I cannot possibly keep up a running day by day count of site conditions, at least not until I retire! We are moving things around on the MOS site and consolidating with the MDPIF site, but there will never be more time for a day by day report. Perhaps Greg would like to keep track of these day by day changes? We could link to him from our shorebird page..... I'm open to suggestions, of course.
