Susan - This morning the workers had access available around 8:00.  They
have a sign-in sheet in one of the brick buildings right inside the access
gate, which is at the end of  Dover Rd (De Lorme, page 42, block A-2). 
Workers are well aware of the recent presence of a special bird - so may be
expecting the birders to show up, though this is not quite like the Sea
Breeze Restaurant setting.
