Hi Dave - (This reply is also for the benefit of all MD_Osprey subscribers) ... A number of years ago, the MD/DC Records Committee narrowed its focus to deal just with species--we no longer review "out of season" reports. Out of season reports are, of course, very much of interest by the Mid Atlantic Regional Editor of _North American Birds_ (formerly, _Field Notes_, formerly _American Birds_). Our regional editor is Marshall Iliff--supported by Jim Stasz. Also, the editors of the _Maryland Birdlife_ "Changing Seasons" article deal with out season Maryland species. The editors are Dan and Linda Southworth--and they work with Bob Ringler. Thanks for asking. Phil At 12:17 AM 07/28/1999 -0700, David W. Webb wrote: >Folks, > >A summering(?)
