George,

Hart-Miller Island has been pretty dry this summer due to the dewatering
procedures and also the drought. The exception was last Saturday (7/24/99)
since they had 2 inches of rain on Thursday. Rain storms in the state have
been scattered and unless one occurs directly over the island it will
continue to be dry.
