Correction:  Quite a few observers forwarded documentation on the 
Sandgates, MD Kelp Gull, especially photos.

However, I have NO submissions (except for two slides from Marshall) for 
the Conowingo Dam putative Slaty-backed Gull.  I think everyone was scared 
off by all the discussion of it being a possible hybrid.  As Marshall 
pointed out, even if it is a hybrid, it likely was hatched in the Aleutians 
and it is still a significant avian event for Maryland.  Please, please 
forward any notes, photos or other documentation.  We want to have this 
information in our files.  We'll figure out how to review it later.
