[MDOsprey] Black Tern at Brown's Bridge

I just got back from Brown's Bridge and there was a Black Tern 
around the corner where you see the shore birds. Also present were 
3 Pectoral Sandpipers and 7 Least Sandpipers. On Wed. along with 
the shorebirds there was an adult Bald Eagle.
