Folks,

Had a nice walk this morning at Violette's Lock in Montgomery County, =
MD. Highlights include Great Egrets, Caspian Terns and =
Common/Forster's Terns on the river, a male Baltimore Oriole and Scarlet =
Tanager, six species of warbler (Prothonotary, Chestnut-sided, B&W, =
Parula, L. Waterthrush and Common Yellowthroat) and three vireos =
(Red-eyed, Yellow-throated and Warbling).=20

I also may have seen a YELLOW-BELLIED FLYCATCHER in the parking lot. =
It was an empid and had yellow from its chest to its belly (I didn't =
notice whether or not it had a yellow chin or an eyering). =
Unfortunately, I only got a quick glance at it. I tried unsuccessfully =
to relocate it. This would have been a life bird for me, so I am =
hesitant about asserting its identity based only on a brief glance, =
having never seen this species before. The main reason for my =
hesitation, though, is the fact that it could have been an Acadian =
Flycatcher with a lot of yellow underneath. =20

Either way, some of you may want to stop by and see if you can =
relocate the bird.
