Yesterday, 11 Sept 99 was the first "exciting" day of migration monitoring at the Jug Bay Wetlands Sanctuary Migration Station. In addition to a Connecticutt Warbler, 2 Tennessee Warblers and a Rose-breasted Grosbeak, we netted a station first - Dickcissel! I hope this cold front causes a good bit of activity in the next week. Anyone up for a trip to Hawk Mountain?
