The Cecil Bird Club will hold its September meeting on
Wednesday September 29 at  Gilpin Manor Elementary School on
Rt. 279 (Elkton - Newark Rd).   Marilyn Mause of  the
Wildlife Division, MD Department of Natural Resources, will
present a program on Landscaping for Wildlife. Meeting
starts at 7:30 p.m.  The school is next to the Elkton
Library near the intersection of Rt. 213 and Rt 279.  For
