To any that want to attend the NCPC hearing on Rock Creek cell towers -- the
NCPC office is located at 801 Pennsylvania Ave NW, right next to the Naval
Memorial, and it is on the THIRD FLOOR!

It would be good to check when the cell tower issue is on the agenda (there
will undoubtedly be other items) and sometimes these hearings drag on. Just
a word of caution. Last time we actually phoned folks from the hearing room
to give them 30 minutes' lead time for testimony, but that hearing had many
more speakers signed up. However, this might be an option for folks with
limited time -- call me at home (301)989-1828 to discuss.
