[MDOsprey] Unexpected Encounter

Last night, in the wind and the dark, my husband set out to the shed to
return some equipment. Enroute, he noticed that some bird feeders had
come down in the wind and stopped to replace them. Deciding to attach
the suet feeder to the clothesline, he reached in to the clothespin bag
and got quite a shock; his hand encountered something alive, that
something flew away as he retreated in surprise. It seems that an
enterprising bird had taken up roost for the night!! Says he " I think
it bit me."
