Aaaaargh.
I made a brief scan up and down the Patuxent River
this morning from 7:10-7:15am from my yard (near
Greenwell). No Yellow-billed Loon. Hope visitors to
the Sea Breeze will have better success.
I propose a new banding code for Yellow-billed Loon
(esp for Maryland). It should be changed from YBLO to
DALO (i.e. DANG LOON). In fact, I can think of a
number of species that have reached "DANG" status in
my opinion. <grin>
