Yes, I saw the kelp gull at the SeaBreeze Restaurant Sunday between 11:45 and 12:45. They were also two greater black backed gulls there for leg color comparison. After about 10 minutes the kelp gull sat down and continued to sit on the pier until I left. Frankly, had I come fifteen minutes later, I would not have been able to say for sure which was which.
