Hi, 

Here's the grand total for November 15 from my office window, including
what I posted earlier in the day. This is far and away the most number of
hawks I have noted from my window....and as always I generally look only
when the pigeons and starlings are flying wildly around, and then I only
spend 15-60 seconds looking for the cause (which can be hawks, people
walking around on building tops, shiny helium ballons, or dumpster emptying
noise).  

Cooper's Hawk 	1 imm
Accipiter sp. 		1 
?Red-shouldered Hawk 1 
Red-tailed Hawk	4
Buteo sp. 		2
Merlin 			1
Turkey Vulture  	2

The, or a, Merlin made two appearences...one about 9:20, the other at 2 pm
(when it definitely seemed to be hunting).
