Out for some noon-time birding in Patapsco Valley Park (section near BWI), I was dejected by the slowness of the day. Saw a large black bird laboring up into the sky, and though, "Well, at least I'll have a look at a vulture..." It was an adult Bald Eagle, flying over I-195, between the B-W Parkway and BWI.
