Kevin Fehskens and I went birding afterschool today in the area of Cool 
Spring.  We were impressed with the variety and numbers.  

Yellow-bellied Sapsucker - 2
Brown Creeper - 2
Cedar Waxwing - 100+ one large flock and numerous small ones
Winter Wren - 1-2 unusual bird for the area
Field Sparrow - 25 no Tree Sparrow despite much effort
Fox Sparrow - 25+ this number is down since Thanksgiving weekend
