This morning's trip to Lake Elkhorn was a great success! 7 Howard countians found and viewed the female DICKCISSEL to everones satisfaction. She was very co-operative when first found but went into the bushes with the "weaver finches" and skulked around later. She was just where Stan found her, just past the dam in the thickets with the WF's. The flock was moving around and I would look all around the lower pond (under the spillway) and all around the edges of the lake in that general vicinity. THANK YOU, THANK YOU Stan and MDOsprey for finding me my 250th Howard county life bird :)!!!!! Bonnie Ott
