[MDOsprey] Northern shrike still in Fred. Co.

The Northern shrike was seen on Sunday Dec. 19,1999 at 1600 in a row of
small trees on the east side Old Frederick Rd. 0.2 miles north of
Orndorff Rd.

This area is also hosting numerous Northern harriers.
There were two Short-eared owls seen at the intersection of Route 76 and
Old Frederick Rd. on Sunday Dec. 19,1999 at 1715 hours.
