       Started my winter counts at McKee-Beshers WMA in Montgomery =
County this past week.  I'll report the details later.  The best bird =
I've seen so far is a dark phase ROUGH-LEGGED HAWK=20
on December 25.  It was flying over the southeastern fields north of =
Tenfoot Island.  Last seen flying over the towpath toward Virginia.
