[MDOsprey] lesser black-backed gull at Hain's Point, DC, thurs 30 dec, 1PM

Today (12.30) at 1 PM I found an adult winter lesser BB gull on the golf
course at Hain's point DC.  the gull was working some newly-dug trenches,
along with about a dozen ring-billed gulls, less than 10 meters inside
the golf-course fence on the Washington Channel side.

The trenches are roughly opposite a large brick smokestack on the north
side of the Channel.  Just before pulling even with the smokestack look for
9 large sycamores planted together next to the fence; the trenches are
immediately behind them.
