Here are the highlights from my walk in Rock Creek Park this afternoon.
I saw most of these birds in the area immediately around the nature
center and in the woods behind the horse stables.

Black Vulture
Red-shouldered Hawk
Yellow-bellied Sapsucker
Golden-crowned Kinglet
Ruby-crowned Kinglet
Brown Creeper
Eastern Towhee
Fox Sparrow
White-throated Sparrow
Dark-eyed Junco
American Goldfinch
