Hi Everyone,

Nanjemoy Creek Environmental Education Center in Charles County is
sponsoring an Earth Day theme event on April 28 at Mt. Hope/Nanjemoy
Elementary School.  The celebration is not on the actual Earth Day.
Students in grades 1 - 5 are treated to two one hour talks by guest
speakers who present an environmental or nature theme program.  This year
we have had a few more cancellations than usual and are in need of 4
presenters.

Is there anyone on this list who works in an environmental or nature
field who can help us out?  You would two presentations to about 30 to 40
students.  They can be done inside the class or out side on the school
grounds.

One particular subject we are looking for is a first grade presenter to
talk about birds and or take the kids outside to look and listen for
birds.  However we are happy for any help you can provide.  You will be
provided with lunch.
