Greetings,

Today at work (Edgewood Area of APG) I was stuck down range on a stand by
for nearly four hours. The sky was full of raptors. I was able to ID NINE
different species of raptors, including the vultures. Below is a list of
those raptors and other interesting birds of the day. Most notable though
was a small (9) kettle of Broad-winged Hawks and my season's first Caspian
Terns and Rough-winged Swallows.!

Black Vulture (3)
Turkey Vulture (scores)
Bald Eagle (4)
Osprey (28!)
Sharp-shinned Hawk (3)
Broad-winged Hawk (15)
Red-tailed Hawk (1)
Kestrel (3)
Merlin (2)
Caspian Tern (2)
Northern Rough-winged Swallow (5)
Tree Swallow (100+)
Turkey (7)

Good Birding,
Chris Starling
