Edgewood Birds -harford

Greetings,

Today I took an hour to cruise through the Edgewood Area of APG while on
duty today. Needless to say the winter-like weather kept most birds at bay
but I did find a brilliantly plumed Savannah Sparrow at the south end of
the airfield. Other avifauna of note included: 8Common Loon on the
Gunpowder River, 1 Caspian Tern, 1 Bonnaparte's Gull, and 2 Cooper's Hawk
in apperant migration.

PS: In my earlier post about Susquehanna Flats Birds in cecil County I
neglected to report that I nearly ran over an alternatly plumed Horned
Grebe north of Rocky Point. that is all...
