Here is the latest from Kendra:

Ed,

I talked with Stan once and it was during three days of rainfall and the
airport was flooded (with water and birds). I sent an email to my
supervisor explaining the situation and am waiting for his OK to do
this. Please let Stan know I am still very much interested in helping
him. Does he have a specific timeframe for this to take place?

I received a message from Stan Arnold, who is the MD Atlas Coordinator
for this USGS block, and he states that his attempts to contact you have
been unsuccessful. Is there anything that I can relay to him or have you
just been too busy to respond so far? This is a very important project
and if more information is needed please let me know and I will supply
it for you.
