I spent the day Sunday in Frederick and Washington Counties.  Highlights
included:

Washington Monument State Park:

1 kettle of about 20 Broad-winged Hawks around noon.
1 Blue_headed Vireo
1 Purple Finch
6 Ruby-crowned Kinglets

Lilypons:

1 Great Egret
1 Yellow-crowned Night-heron
7 Blue-winged Teal
2 American Coots
4 Greater Yellowlegs
1 Lesser Yellowlegs
3 Solitary Sandpipers
10 Rusty Blackbirds

Lots of martins and swallows.

The shorebirds and Rusty Blackbirds were in the back left pond.

Nolands Ferry:

2 House Wrens

Monocacy Aqueduct:

2 Yellow-throated Warblers
