We had a nice male Ruby-throat buzz the feeder without drinking right around 6 pm. He circled the feeder once then flew off to the north and didn't return in the 15 minutes that we were still nearby before going for a walk.

Yesterday, 4/18, we had a Red-breasted Nuthatch in the yard across the street. Seems unusual as we had a few in the yard at the beginning of the winter but not since. Maybe next winter?
