High flight with many birds flanked by a distant cloud bank to the west.

Glossy Ibis (3), arrival of Solitary Sandpiper(1)and Common
Yellowthroat(1); over 1000 Blue Jays.

Fort Smallwood Park is located on the western shore of Chesapeake Bay at the mouth of the Patapsco River, 11 miles south of Baltimore, MD.  Best
winds are from the southwest.
