Greetings,
I just had to share our excitement at finding a Blue Grosbeak at
our "backyard" feeder here in Gaithersburg. There was some debate over
whether it was a grosbeak or Indigo Bunting, but in the end, good looks at
the wing bars and the deep blue convinced me it was a grosbeak. It's the
first for my "office yard" list. We also had a Blackpoll Warbler, Eastern
Kingbirds and Blue-Headed Vireo, and we spotted a Ruby-Throated Hummer over
our feeder. Such excitement! I think some of my coworkers are turning into
birders!
