Yes I can do some distant id's mostly in good clear
day especially we had a good weather on Wed. It helps
with my powerful eyes. Well not as powerful as hawks
have.
I cannot explain how I did it as I did at my old
hawkwatch in Baltimore. Some local bird club members
spoke with newpaper reporters about how and why I can
id's hawks with my sharp eyes. It was in Baltimore Sun
back in 2001. You probably remember it.

If it is cloudy day while scoped out at Fort Carroll.
My id's there may be slim. Just looking for a good
clear day and it will help with my eyes.
