Sat May 1 around midday I spent a 15-min detour through Fort Bunker Hill Park in NE DC.

I failed to spot the nesting Red-Headed Woodpecker today.

But did see a nice variety of migrants, incl. Wood Thrush, a few warblers, wrens, Rose-breasted Grosbeak, and my first Indigo Bunting of the season.
