Hi Sean,
 Did you ever get the Western Sandpipers resolved.  I checked my records and
since 2000 had Westerns in Cecil on May 10, 2002 (5).  All my other records
are fall.  I'd love to resolve this, but am not sure if I'm correct either.
  Do you have any idea if you'll be joining me next week?  At this point I'm
not planning on getting a beach permit.  I'll wait until later in the week to
decide.
