Around noon today the Dickcissel was singing persistently from a utility pole
guywire across the street from the first house on Long Neck Road. Not far
from where Patty Craig reported it. Further along a pair of Bobwhite quail were
seen near bluebird box #18.
They flew off to the woods along the back of the field & the male began
calling. Another then called from further down the road. A Blue Grosbeak & an
Orchard Oriole were perched near each other on wire in the same area.
