I visited Downs Park in Anne Arundel County yesterday to see how the
Ospreys were doing and I think I saw a Canvasback Duck swimming near the
dock that holds the Osprey nest.

Is that possible?  Shouldn't the Canvasbacks have departed by now?

I didn't see chicks in the Osprey nest but I did see the male bring a fish
to his mate.
