I live in Greenbelt.  Where can I get a copy of the Yellowbook without
traveling too far?  Are they available by mail?

Get a copy of the Yellowbook.  On page 10 you will see that Canvasback can
over summer here.  A non-breeder.  Several other waterfowl, such as Ruddy,
Green-winged Teal, and Tundra Swan could over summer.
