Michel,
The Audubon Naturalist Society does carry the Yellow Book in their bookstore
& will be happy to sell it to you over the phone & drop a copy in the mail
to you. Their number is (301) 652-3606 - you can call them for directions
if you want to go there (they carry a lot of great birding books) or ask
them to mail it to you.

I live in Greenbelt. Where can I get a copy of the Yellowbook without
traveling too far? Are they available by mail?

Get a copy of the Yellowbook. On page 10 you will see that Canvasback can
over summer here. A non-breeder. Several other waterfowl, such as Ruddy,
Green-winged Teal, and Tundra Swan could over summer.
