Until Mr. Tuck Tyler returns from medical leave, you should contact Mr. Terry J. Newnam, 410-597-6953,  , for permission to walk BGE power lines.  As far as I know, BGE is still insisting on granting permission on a case-by-case basis and you need to ask ahead of time giving specific dates and locations.  I have also been told that in cases where the power lines are on privately owned land, one also should get permission from the landowner.
