We closed out the day with both Kites. At 6:01 we had the Swallow-tailed Kite make a couple of appearances and then at 6:20 the 1st year Mississippi Kite came out for a spell and circled around. I give Bob Mumford a pat on the back for his great prediction on
the timing for the birds to reappear. He might have been a minute off. Close enough.
All three Mississippi Kites were seen on and off all day. Maybe every hour to hour and a half. Sometimes all three at the same time.
