Hi all on sat June 26 , 04 Levin Willey , Jan Reese and Danny
Poet were doing some birding in northern Queen Annes Co . On No 10
School Rd at the border of kent co we stopped at a place labeled in
the Queen Annes Kent Co map books as Jones Lake a stream called
Andover branch runs To and thru it . we soon noticed a small flock of
about seven Barn Swallows flying around Levin said white swallow we all
were soon on it thinking Tree swallow soon it banked around so we could see
its back also white and forked tail looked sightly smaller than the adult
Barns But otherwise shaped the same . We had the bird in view for
several minutes but they soon disappeared as fast as they appeared. this
albino or complelely white fledging barn swallow was a First for me and i
think all of us . Jan mentioned it looked like an angel sent from
heaven.the bird was in the air all the time never landing . Queen Annes
